Have you enjoyed my Malted Flour Pear Pancakes for breakfast during your stay at the Inn at Green River? I recently made a cooking video to show you just how easy it is to make these pancakes with the circle of pear in the middle. I give credit for the concept to Martha Stewart Living Magazine. And I use Carbon’s Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Flour which makes a delicious, light pancake. I buy this by the case, but you can purchase it in smaller quantities on their website.
