Welcome to the Inn at Green River, a Berkshires bed and breakfast
offering award winning hospitality for 29 years.

It’s perfect early summer weather for hiking and biking getaways. See my May 6th blog about the new section of the Harlem Valley Rail Trail that opened, extending south from the hamlet of Hillsdale, towards the Copake Falls, NY section of the trail. A visit to the Inn now offers you more nearby opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.

And the Tanglewood season kicks off this weekend, with Roger Daltrey performing The Who’s TOMMY with the Boston Pops, on Friday, June 15, and David Crosby and Friends on Saturday, the 16th. The “friends” include Mary Chapin Carpenter, Chris Hillman and Herb Pedersen. And the weather forecast is for beautiful sunny skies so come visit; there are still rooms available.

We’re starting to think of this place as our country house — thanks for the hospitality and delish breakfast!
