Simple elegance in a serene country setting.
Welcome to the Inn at Green River, a Berkshires bed and breakfast
offering award winning hospitality for 28 years.

Spring (even summer) weather finally has arrived…perfect for hiking and biking getaways. See my May 6th blog about the new section of the Harlem Valley Rail that opened, extending south from the hamlet of Hillsdale, towards the Copake Falls, NY section of the trail. A visit to the Inn now offers you more nearby opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.

There is still time to book a room for this Memorial Day weekend so you don’t miss the great show at the Norman Rockwell Museum, “The Fantastical Art of Tony DiTerlizzi” which ends on Monday, May 28. Read my latest blog about it. Also, the Hudson Berkshire Wine & Food Festival this Saturday and Sunday, at the Columbia County Fairgrounds in Chatham, NY, just 18 minutes from the Inn. Always so much to choose from when you are visiting the Inn!

We’re starting to think of this place as our country house — thanks for the hospitality and delish breakfast!
